Girls Alive Fitness at Serenity is on the ground floor and is the newest addition to our revoloutionary store. A ladies only, friendly, informal atmosphere with non-intimidating and easy to use equipment for metabolic circuit training, giving an effective 30 minute workout! All ages and abilities welcome for a free trial.
Our Sanctuary on the first floor provides an oasis of calm for both male and female clients offering a broad spectrum of holistic therapies and beauty treatments. Acupuncture, Aromatherapy, Body Coach, Counselling, Homoeopathy, Hypnotherapy, Indian Head Massage, and Reflexology are available to name but a few.
Café Retreat sits on the second floor beneath the stone-carved arches of the old church, looking over the historical sites of Shrewsbury castle and Library (once school of Charles Darwin). The perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of town, for light Lunches, teas or coffee and a great place to meet up with friends.
